Reinisch "Arathi Basin" legal at 21
After questing with Ahimsah, I was still about halfway to 21, but since (for some reason) you can't get the Arathi Basin daily quest until you are level 21 (even though you can do AB at level 20), I explored Desolace, most of STV, and some of Feralas to get to 21.

Sorry, you failed to read for comprehension. Reinisch heals in battlegrounds, he doesn't kill people. Desmond Doss was a real-life pacifist who was also a medic during WWII.
